Up to €300,000 — minimum €7,500 including VAT
From €300,000 to €750,000 — 2.5% including VAT
From €750,000 to €1,200,000 — 2% including VAT
Above €1,200,000 — 1.5% including VAT
+ Performance bonus : If a negotiation is successfully completed at the client's request, a 10% bonus (including VAT) is applied to the difference between the initial quoted price and the final price. This bonus recognizes the active role in optimizing the purchase price.
Each rate applies only to the portion of the price included in the corresponding bracket.
Fees payable only in the event of acquisition, and are the responsibility of the buyer. Conditions defined in the advisory mandate.
